1. Product specifications for the products that The Scent Samples will supply on the website are provided for informational purposes only and are not meant to be legally binding. The Scent Samples maintains the right to alter the specification as needed to satisfy any applicable legal requirements and to alter the specification presented on the website, provided that doing so has no appreciable impact on the products’ quality or functionality. The Scent Samples guarantees that the products will largely match their description. The Scent Samples offers no other warranties or guarantees about the items in any other way, and any implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest degree legal.

2. Information, Prices, and Availability. All products are offered for sale subject to availability, and The Scent Samples makes no guarantees about their availability. The cost of the items will be the cost displayed on the website when your order was placed (inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you). Except where reductions are available as described on the Site, all prices published on the Site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery fees.

3. The Scent Samples will consider your order as an offer by you to buy the products subject to these terms and conditions of sale after you click the [Submit Order] button on the [Check Your Order] page. You oversee verifying the accuracy of your order, and if Scent and Samples accepts your offer, we will supply you with the amount and specifications of products specified in your order, subject to availability. Each order will be confirmed online over the internet or by email if The Scent Samples accepts your offer, and this confirmation will serve as The Scent Samples’ acknowledgment of the parties’ agreement to the terms of the contract.

4. Personal information. The Scent Samples is registered under data protection laws, and it will handle your personal information in compliance with those laws. Except for credit card information, which must be kept private, any personal information you give to The Scent Samples during a transaction with them will be handled in accordance with their general terms and conditions for using the Site.

5. Delivery: All items will be sent to the address you provide on the payment page for delivery. When the registered name and/or address differs from the planned delivery name and/or address, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Even if you haven’t physically received the products, the risk of loss or damage to them passes to you now of delivery. Any shipping dates or times mentioned are simply estimates, and The Scent Samples is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products, regardless of the cause. The cost of postage and packing is passed through, so be sure you choose the suitable delivery zone from the drop-down menu. Incorrect geographic zone selection will result in us having the right to change your order, then charge or refund you as necessary.

6. Returns and Cancellations. The Scent Samples offers a 14-day “cooling down” time starting the day you receive the goods since they want you to be completely delighted with them. You have this time to let us know that you want to end your contract with us, and if you do, we’ll repay you for the goods you’ve already received minus the cost of delivery. The Scent Samples will send you an email confirming your cancellation, and 30 days after receiving it, they will reimburse you for the cost of the products. The products must be returned to us in order to receive the refund. Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note explaining why you’re returning the item. Goods must be in their original packaging in order to be returned. packing provided. The cooling-off period no longer applies once the packaging has been opened, which will be regarded as acceptance of the order. The consumer is responsible for covering all charges related to returning a purchase.

7. Unless the products are damaged, we won’t reimburse return shipping expenses. Orders for the following items are not eligible for cancellation or returns:

(A) Products whose prices are subject to uncontrollable financial market volatility.

(B) Items that are clearly customised or custom-made to your specifications.

(C) Sales of products purchased in bulk (i.e., 5 or more units of one item) are final; products manufactured, purchased, or imported specifically by The Scent Samples to satisfy big order quantities.

(E) Products that have been opened by you or that have been taken out of their container.

(F) According to the government, all consumable goods, such as food, colognes, cosmetics, and toiletries, cannot be returned because of their nature. These goods cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. You are encouraged to test new products on your skin before using them as The Scent Samples is not permitted by law to accept back any edible foods due to health and safety limitations and the potential for manipulation. This includes items to which you may personally be allergic. This policy complies with the law as it is and does not interfere with your legal rights.

8. Terms and Conditions of Sale modifications. Our purchase terms and conditions may change. Please keep an eye on them. You are presumed to have accepted a modification if you use the Site after it has been made.

10. Disclaimer about fragrance. None of the brands whose products we supply are associated with, endorsed, sponsored, or in any other way supported by The Scent Samples. Every brand-related logo and banner that appears on this website is the property of that brand. We shall never violate the intellectual property rights of these companies or replicate, duplicate, or copy any brand logos or trademarks. Customers can always see on The Scent Samples website that the products to which this disclaimer applies are put together using real scent components made by the original and intended property owner. Unless otherwise specified, the finished product will be a real fragrance enclosed in our own packaging.

11. In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act of 1970, we reserve the right to reject service. Items are provided as a treat invitation. A payment that is accepted and subsequently reimbursed does not signify acceptance of the desire to forge a legal connection.

The exclusion or limitation of responsibility for consequential or incidental damages is prohibited in some states or jurisdictions, in such states or jurisdictions, the fullest extent authorised by law shall govern the extent of our liability.

You acknowledge that your actions hereunder may constitute a breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or a violation of any law, and you hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Scent Samples and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party.
